Jason Swope is the assistant director of finance and budget. He provides professional financial analysis and budgetary support for the academic affairs leadership team and other departments under the provost portfolio. He also oversees the campus tuition remission program and works closely with campus leadership on the annual faculty merit exercise. He also manages the VCAA Financial Service Center (VCAA FSC).Â
Prior to this role, Swope was the budget manager with the Division of Student Affairs, specializing in student government financial and strategic support and managed a financial service center.Â
Swope earned a BS from Colorado State University, a certificate of accounting from Metropolitan State University of Denver, and is a certified public accountant.
