John Buckner received his BA in mass communication/media studies at Hampton University. During his time in the ATLAS MS ICTD program he focused on public policy and the impact on communities of color. His practicum project was with the Colorado Govenor's Office working on monitoring and evaluation of school marijuana use after the legalization of recreational marijuana in Colorado. He is a solutions consultant at Four Winds Interactive.
