Profile

As a Legislator Paul visited Japan with a delegation of State Legislators representing the National Conference of State Legislatures, I accompanied then Governor Romer on official visits to Yamagata, Japan and Taiwan and have toured China going as far west as Urumqi and also represented the 乐播传媒 at the graduation ceremony at China Agriculture University. As a legislator and a member of the American Council of Young Political Leaders, Paul hosted local political leaders from China, Japan and other foreign countries.
