Main Copier

To Scan documents to USB deviceÌý
1. Insert USB device into copy machine. There is a small door on front of machine that drops down to reveal USB port.Ìý
2. Once the machine recognizes the USB device, you will see an external memory screen pop up, press OK.Ìý
3. Press the USER BOX key on the copy machine.Ìý
4. Press SAVE DOCUMENT on the touch screen.Ìý
5. Press the EXTERNAL MEMORY box on the touch screen.Ìý
6. Press OKÌý
7. At this point you can either use the touch screen to change the name of the document or you can press start to use the machine assigned name.Ìý
8. Your document has now been scanned to your USB device. Either scan another document or remove USB.Ìý

These directions are for a single sided, pdf document. There are other options that you can choose once you are in the USER BOX mode (double sided, TIFF, etc.). If you need assistance with these other options, please let Sarah know.

Parking regulations for all permit lots in the SEEC (SC) Zone are enforced from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
Metered parking is enforced 24 hours, on all days.

Visitor Parking

Metered parking is available in Lot 550, the southwest parking lot in front of the SEEL building. There are 92 spaces of which 6 are for ADA-accessible parking only. There are additional ADA-accessible spaces in the circle in front of the SEEC building. Parking rates are as follows: Monday - Saturday (7:00 AM to 7:00 AM) the parking rate is $2.00 per hour up to three hours; after three hours the rate is $4.00 per hour. From 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM weeknights and all day Sunday the parking rate is $1.00 per hour. The paystations for this lot accept payment by credit cards and coins.

Permit Parking

Faculty Permits

To purchase a Faculty/Staff parking permit, employees should contact their department's parking liaison.

Student Permits

Student permits are sold on a first come, first served basis. Based on your enrollment status, you may apply for either Student Commuter Permits or Student Permits for Campus Residents.

Temporary Permits

Temporary permits are available in daily and weekly time increments. You may purchase them at the PTS Customer Service window. Payments accepted are credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), checks and cash.Ìý For further questions about parking permits, please visit theÌý.

Event Parking

PTS works closely with several campus affiliates and non-affiliates to coordinate traffic and parking logistics for events that occur on campus. PTS Traffic & Events staff ensure that adequate parking is available for guests and that impacts to the campus community are minimized.
