Jennifer Pacheco is a PhD student in the Learning Sciences and Human Development Program at the ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Boulder. She is dedicated to addressing educational inequities and working with communities on health disparities. Jennifer was born and raised in Pueblo, Colorado. Working across the P-20 spectrum in the field of education for over 19 years, Jennifer has served as a bilingual teacher, community activist, college prep advisor, and college admissions professional. She has also served on the Board of Directors for Aurora Health Access, a collaboration of healthcare providers, community agencies, business leaders, and residents committed to improving access to care.

She received her B.A. in Human Biology with a concentration in Urban Education from Stanford University and her M.A. in Educational Psychology from the ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Denver. When not at school, she loves spending time with her baby girl, writing poetry, and salsa dancing.
