Prior to advising at CU Boulder, I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan as well as two years post-bacc in Coaching and Leadership.�� I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and have been coaching and advising high school, undergraduate and graduate students for over 20 years.�� My Clifton Strengths include: Strategic, Futuristic, Ideation, Activator, and Individualization.�� My passion lies in personal and professional development: helping people to learn and expand on their individual strengths and how they can contribute to the whole.��

My favorite quote is “We must become the change we wish to see in the world.” (Ghandi).�� This inspires me to use my strengths to be a positive role model, to inspire change, and bring out the talent in others.�� When I am not working, I like to spend time in the mountains with my family.
