The National Water Research Institute (NWRI) of Fountain Valley, CA, is now accepting applications for the 2016-2017 Graduate Fellowship Program. Fellowships awards provide funding to support master's or doctoral graduate research related to:

  • Water science and technology.
  • Water resources.
  • Water policy.

Research must pertain to NWRI's mission statement, which is to create new sources of water through research and technology and to protect the freshwater and marine environments.
Ìý
Research areas include, but are not limited to:Ìý Engineering, physical and chemical sciences, biological sciences, health sciences, political sciences, economics, and planning/public policy issues that are related to water resources. A student need not be a U.S. citizen to receive a fellowship from NWRI, but the student must be enrolled full time at a U.S. college or university, and most of the research must be conducted in the U.S. Post-doctoral researchers are not eligible to receive a fellowship from NWRI.

All application documents must be converted to a PDF and emailed to the NWRI Fellowship Coordinator atÌýfellow@nwri-usa.orgÌýbefore 11:59 PM (Pacific time) on Sunday, March 1, 2016.
