Luke, originally聽from Sioux Falls, SD, obtained his PhD in Fall 2021.聽He holds a BSc. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and his PhD was supported by the NASA Space Technology Research Fellowship which he was awarded in 2018. His research focused on trajectory design for landing on moons of the outer planets.
