Fell announces retirement; Stasica named leader of Real Estate Services
Rebecca Fell, director of real estate services, announced she is retiring, effective December 31, 2023. She has been with CU Boulder and Real Estate Services (RES) for 12 years.
"It has been a true pleasure to work with Rebecca. She supported me in key campus projects such as the CU Boulder south campus annexation and the conference center and hotel development. I will miss her both as a person and as a dedicated mission-driven colleague," said Derek Silva, associate vice chancellor for business strategy.
Derek Silva has named Steven Stasica the new director of RES, effective January 1, 2024. Stasica joined RES in 2014 as a real estate coordinator. He is currently RES's associate director of real estate services.
