Kristen Alipit began working at CU Boulder in March 2016 and held the role of Innovation Program Manager in the Office of Data Analytics and听Executive Aide to the Senior Vice Chancellor. She joined the Finance and Business Strategy leadership team in April 2020 as Director of Organizational Effectiveness and Engagement.听Before working at CU Boulder, she spent more than a decade at the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research (UCAR) in finance and听administration and human resources. Alipit holds master's degrees in organizational leadership and business management from Colorado State University听and a BA in psychology from the 乐播传媒 Boulder.
