Max Counter receives 2015 Graduate Research Fellowship

Max has been selected to receive a 2015听听(狈厂贵)听听(GRFP) Fellowship. Max will use this fellowship to support his research project entitled "(Re)Dispossession: Land Restitution, Transitional Justice, and Development in Colombia".
