In accordance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 ("IRCA"), the ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Boulder must verify employment eligibility of each employee within the first three days of employment. Effective immediately, the HR Service Center will enter the start of the bi-weekly period as the HCM hire date. This will allow for the bi-weekly employee to complete the I-9 within the first three days of their employment. These employees will receive communication from the I-9 Coordinator that they are outside of the three day period if the I-9 is not completed within the first three days of employment.  Â
