Building on the skills taught in Crucial Conversations for Mastering Dialogue, Crucial Accountability teaches a step-by-step process for identifying and resolving performance gaps, strengthening accountability, eliminating inconsistency, and reducing resentment.ÌýTo enroll in the course, you must first take Crucial Conversations for Mastering Dialogue as a prerequisite.
