The invites all interested students to its 12th Annual Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH) Symposium on Saturday, October 8th. Water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) are basic necesities for a healthy environment and a productive life. They are interrelated, but infrastructure, training and education, and project completion do not necessarily have IMPACT unless there is local capacity building and measurements in place to endure longer term sustainability for WASH in homes, communities, and regions.
This year’s event will be a hybrid format at Arapahoe Community College (In Person) & Virtual (via Zoom) with the theme of IMPACT. As always, we have a terrific line up of professional & academic speakers, and there will opportunities for networking, knowledge sharing as well as student awards. Â
