Research Interests: Nancy (Nga) Hoang is a passionate advocate for student-centered education, equitable teaching practices, and the promotion of Computational Thinking in K-12 education through Computer Science. As a Ph.D. student in Learning Science and Human Development at the ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Boulder, her research focuses on designing curricula that empower students and analyzing classroom dynamics to understand and support collaboration in the classroom.

Bio: Nancy holds a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering and a Master's degree in Curriculum & Instruction, with a specialization in STEM education, from the ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Boulder. Her diverse background includes a decade of experience as a Computer Science teacher and a leadership role as CEO and Co-Founder of Kiddicode, a technology academy for young learners in Vietnam. She is also recognized as a co-author of Vietnam's national Computer Science workbook, a widely used resource among students.
