The Program in Jewish Studies would like to thank three departing faculty members, Dr. Zilla Goodman, Professor Liora Halperin, and Professor Sasha Senderovich, for their invaluable听service to the students and community听of Jewish Studies听and the university at large.
We are excited to announce that Professors Liora Halperin and Sasha Senderovich have both received听faculty positions with the University of Washington. While we are sad to see them go, we are thrilled for them, and we wish them all the best听as they begin this new journey in their professional careers.
Dr. Zilla Goodman, one of the originators of the Program,听will be retiring this coming August. We would like to congratulate Dr. Goodman on her well-deserved听retirement, and we will miss her听dearly.听As a tribute to her many years of sevice, Professor David Shneer and Professor Sasha Senderovich are collecting听testimonies, photographs, and other ephemera from her students, friends, and colleagues from CU Boulder.
