Health Care

Live-on
On-campus housing accommodations are available for our Hall Director and Area Coordinator staff members.

 

Retirement
University staff are required to contribute 5% with CU Boulder contributing 10% of their salary to retirement.

 

Tuition Benefit
The ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ offers a  which allows full-time employees to waive nine credit hours of tuition per year.

 

Technology
All staff will be given a university issued laptop. Should your role require after-hour commitments, you will be issues a smartphone at no cost to the employee.

 

Meal Plan
Staff who serve on call are automatically provided a staff meal plan by the department.

 

Parking and Transportation
Live-in staff have the option of purchasing a reserved parking pass. Staff have a variety of means to travel to work. While some select parking passes through Parking Services, many utilize the EcoPass program, an easy and free transportation service in the Boulder/Denver metro area. For an employee to park on campus, it is $60 per month taken our of the employees paycheck. 

 

Professional Development
Pending university budgets, conference attendance to one Residence Life or housing conference of your choosing (within professional development funding limits) will be covered by the department (flight, hotel, registration and travel related expenses).
