My greatest joy as administrator with reslife is my daily interaction with students and parents. I'm here to help them navigate the student staff hiring process and communicate their needs to our diverse reslife team. Experiencing the growth and maturing of our student staff during their years with CU gives me great job satisfaction, I feel like I've contributed to their success at CU.
