Those with a love for coffee can find their place in MCEN 4228/5228: Design of Coffee. The course shows junior, senior and graduate-level students how to use their training to solve problems outside the traditional engineering field by roasting and brewing coffee.

ME Alumni Connect Day 2021 was a success thanks to the nearly 40 alumni who attended and up to 500 students they engaged with. ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ connected with alumni over lunch, during class panels and while participating in mock interviews.

The ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Boulder has welcomed students back to campus for fall 2021, allowing ME faculty to bring back traditional hands-on labs and classes for the first time in nearly two years.
