Sarah is originally from the Hudson Valley in southern New York. While earning her degree in Mechanical Engineering at Rochester Institute of Technology, she participated in a variety of sustainable engineering projects, including an interdisciplinary capstone project, through which she developed her passion for applied sustainability solutions. Sarah has since worked in a variety of industries, ranging from manufacturing to advocacy to carbon crediting, and aspires to work in the university sustainability space. In her free time, Sarah enjoys cooking, making art, playing the trombone, and daydreaming about her future cats, Goulash and Spaetzle.Â
