UpslopePartner: Upslope Brewing Company

is one of Boulder’s premier brewing companies, with two local tap rooms and a distribution network that spans the western United States. The company is certified and has an existing commitment to sustainability, but wants to advance their operations to the next level. This Capstone Project entails an analysis of sustainable brewing best practices, the future of the brewing industry as it relates to a changing climate, as well as an examination of Upslope’s current supply chain. Through this research, the team will aid in Upslope’s B-Corp re-certification process and craft a sustainable management plan to elevate Upslope’s future sustainability-related operations.
