Ingredients

  • 2 cups cubed soft white bread (1 loaf WonderBread or like kind)
  • 18 hard boiled eggs sliced
  • 4 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup combined parsley and chives
  • 2 lbs baked bacon, cut up into 1/2 inch lengths
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place bread cubes in bottom of buttered 9x11 baking dish. Layer eggs on top. 
    Mix together sour cream, salt, parsley, chives and bacon.
  • Layer sour cream mixture over eggs. top with cheese.
  • Bake until cheese has melted in middle and dish is hot, approx. 40 minutes.
