The Bridge Team works to “bridge” the gap between the wider PLC student community and the day-to-day operations of PLC. This includes facilitating conversations and building understanding between PLC students and the student staff, professional staff & faculty, and other CU leadership. The Bridge Team is also tasked with "bridging" the divide that exists between PLC and other campus leadership organizations, attempting to shed the elitist and exclusive reputation gained by the program over the past 50 years. Lastly, the Bridge Team works to ensure that diversity, equity, and inclusive measures are employed to increase the sense of belonging among PLCers. Pay Rate = $3,000/Academic Year

  • Accessible to PLC students, Student Staff, Pro Staff, Faculty and Board Members
  • Educated and willing to keep learning how best to bring DEI into all parts of PLC
  • Persistent, undeterred
  • Good at communicating via email, in-person
  • Confident meeting with and networking with community members, businesses, board members, CU leadership
