Anne Davidson is a PhD student studying Educational Equity and Cultural Diversity in the School of Education. After supporting students with language and learning needs as a special education teacher, she has focused her work around increasing teacher effectiveness through culturally responsive instruction and classroom practices. In doing so, Ms. Davidson takes a pragmatic perspective to supporting educational opportunity and inclusion for all students by focusing on three central themes; coaching practitioners for increased effectiveness, integration of culturally and linguistically responsive instructional design, and strategies for universal inclusion of all diverse learners.
