Taking my hometown Taiyuan as the shooting place, I recorded a series of trivial and unspectacular beauties around me. I went to places where the soul of the city can be best displayed and observed the buildings and people's lives there. For me, these ordinary moments are very touching. Also, some of the buildings in my photographs are very old and may be demolished soon. So I want to use my camera to save the memory of a generation. Through this project, I want people to discover and feel the ordinary and hidden beauties.
