Friday, March 22听is the last day for undergraduate and graduate students (law students excluded) to complete the following actions for a full-semester Main Campus class:*
- Drop a class: If you drop a Main Campus class听after Jan. 31 but remain enrolled in the semester, you'll be required to pay 100 percent of tuition and fees (no refund), and a W grade will post听to your transcript.
- Change a class's grade mode from letter grade to pass/fail (or vice versa): Only student-option courses** are eligible. The last day to change听a class to or from no credit (audit)听was Jan. 31.
If you've听satisfactorily completed a substantial amount of work for a class听but are unable to complete it due to reasons beyond your control, you may request an incomplete (I) grade. This will give you additional time to complete your coursework before your instructor is required to assign your final grade. For more information, see听.
