BioCore services and equipment are open toÌýall researchers within MCDB, EBIO, IPHY andÌýPsych/Neuro. The BioCore helps researchers inÌýthese departments gain access to existingÌýequipment, whether it exists in shared labÌýspaces managed by the BioCore or in PI labs,Ìýat no cost to the researcher and often within aÌýday or two. This reduces the cost of researchÌýand expands researcher access to availableÌýresearch equipment, thus expanding the scaleÌýand scope of potential research at CU Boulder.​

The BioCore is partnered with campus assetÌýtracking offices, simplifying processesÌýbetween researchers and asset tracking staff,Ìýand reducing administrative burden.Ìý​
