Prior to assuming leadership of OIEC in 2021, Llen served in the role of Assistant Vice Chancellor and Deputy Title IX Coordinator.  Llen’s experience also includes a clerkship in United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and the practice of civil rights litigation at a New York City-based law firm.
