AcademicLiveCare - new employee benefit

AcademicLiveCare provides free telehealth services, including medical and mental health appointments. This service is free to all CU Boulder students, staff and faculty regardless of your health insurance plan.

  • Minor urgent care appointments

  • Evening, weekend and after-hours appointments

Time: 11 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Location: Kittredge Multipurpose Room

CU Boulder staff and faculty are invited to attend the wellness fair on Wednesday, February 22nd to learn more about employee benefits, discounts, and ways to connect with programs and services. CU departments and community vendors will be there to share information about topics such as childcare, housing, savings on utilities, recreational programs and more. There will be hands-on wellness activities and a chance to win prizes!

Skills for mental health support training

Employees are invited to explore a brief (approx. 15 minute) online training introducing the Recognize, Respond, Refer framework to address mental health challenges.

Wellness Wednesdays

Join CU Health & Wellness Services for its newly launched Employee Wellness Wednesday series. Workshops are available for staff and faculty to engage in self-care activities, learn about campus resources, and build community. Themes rotate regularly, allowing participants to come and go as they please. Explore the schedule and register online.
