The CU Boulder eCommunications team supports campus communicators directly, as well as a full suite of cutting-edge CRM tools to help you engage with your audiences effectively and efficiently. We partner with the Office of Information Technology to support a breadth of campus email tools, while also supporting deliverability, email security and communications policy.

Salesforce

Salesforce is CU Boulder’s constituent relationship management (CRM) system. Engaging with our constituents starts here with over 500 data points to support your communication strategy to ensure the right message is sent to the right audience at the right time.

Marketing Cloud

Marketing Cloud is the engine behind ensuring your message is delivered to your constituents. Marketing Cloud’s intuitive drag-and-drop interface makes it easy to customize and personalize email messages to include CU branding, images, blocks of text and more. We can also support the delivery of newsletters designed using the , allowing you full integration with your online content.

Cvent

Cvent is an event management tool with robust capabilities that allow you to manage event registrations and communications with attendees with ease. Registration pages are CU-branded and fully customizable to suit your event. Cvent also integrates with Salesforce to help streamline communications.

FormAssembly

FormAssembly allows you to effortlessly create subscription forms and simple registration pages that don’t require some of the more robust features of Cvent or other tools.

A CU Boulder eComm team member will follow up with you to arrange a discovery session to review your communication and event goals. Administrative eMemo

The Administrative eMemo system is for the electronic distribution of important information for the CU Boulder campus community. Content and audiences for the Campus eMemo System are specified by campus policy. All Administrative eMemos must originate from within the university, and a vice chancellor or their designee must approve messages for large audiences.
