The Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA)听CU Boulder Chapter is the foremost organization for students interested in public relations and communications. We seek to advance the public relations profession by nurturing generations of future professionals. We advocate rigorous academic standards for public relations education, the highest ethical principles and diversity in the profession.
鈥婸RSSA听allows students to connect with like-minded individuals and public relations professionals in a safe and supportive environment. The advantages of becoming a member of听PRSSA听are far and wide; students have the opportunity to network with听PRSA听members, connect with public relations faculty and staff and build a strong professional resume.听
CU PRSSA students have the opportunity to participate in the rigorous and highly-regarded Bateman competition. In May 2023, a team of five seniors finished in 2nd place in the U.S., marking a first for CU Boulder and the state of Colorado.
