The Student Organization for Alumni Relations at the ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ at Boulder presented four faculty members with its 39th annual Teaching Recognition Awards.

The awards are the only faculty honors that are selected and administered by CU-Boulder undergraduate students. The awards were presented April 13 in a ceremony at the Koenig Alumni Center.

All four of the CU-Boulder educators selected this spring won the respect and admiration of their students. Awarded in four class-size categories, each teacher also received $1,500 from the CU Parents Association and the Alumni Association's Directors Club.

The 2000 Teaching Recognition Award winners are:

o Sean Kelley, associate professor of theatre and dance, for the less than 25 student class-size category.

o Marilu Crosby, business lecturer, for the 26-60 student class-size category.

o Jeffrey Luftig, business instructor, for the 61-150 student class-size category.

o John Garnand, business instructor, for the 151 student and larger class-size category.
