Explore fitness and wellness at the Take Care Street Fair! Visit Sewallfield from 3 to6 p.m. to sample seasonal produce from local farms, get expert advice about nutrition and training, drop into a fitness demo, learn about easy and healthful meal options at a cooking demo and more. Plus, bring two canned items to donate to the food drive, and you’ll be entered to win a wellness gift pack.

Come meet U.S. Department of State foreign service officer and diplomat in residence for the Rocky Mountain regionStewart Devine.He will discuss career and internships at the U.S. Department of State.Whether advocating for human rights or democracy throughout the world, explaining American foreign policy to citizens of other countriesor assisting American citizens overseas, you can make a difference with the U.S. Department of State. Stop byC4C S350from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. to learn about career and internship opportunities.

Drop by theCU Museum’s TreeSpace to connect with the natural world and your own body and mind through a tree-themed, all-levels vinyasa flow class incorporating mindful breathing and science-inspired visual meditation.Bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water. Please arrive early to settle in and explore the museum exhibits. Join from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.

Need more things to do?

Join the Center for Inclusion & Social Change staff for fun, snacks and conversation at an open house from noon to 3 p.m. in C4C N320.

Head to Farrand Field from 3 to6 p.m. for free barbequeand a chance to meet with various student organizations on campus. There will be performances, a photobooth, bounce houses, free giveaways and more.

Get ready for upcoming career fairs this semester and learn what to bring, what to wear and how to interact with employers. This free workshop begins at 5:15 p.m. in the Discovery Learning Center, Room 1B70.

Ralphie’s Corral: CU vs. UCLA

Football and aerospace: One night only

CU Boulder is celebrating a special Aerospace Night at Folsom Field under the Friday night lights as the Buffs take on UCLA. Wear your black Buffs gear! There also will be an Afternoon of Aerospaceleading up to the game, including atailgate and afternoon seminar with a solar sails expert from NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center.
