With social distancing and remote learning during the COVID-19 pandemic, it can be easy to feel lonely and isolated. Learn how to manage loneliness and gain skills and resources with Health and Wellness Services at two sessions this week:

Critical-services workers on campus are in need of reusable masks to protect themselves and students they serve from the spread of COVID-19. To supplement campus supplies during this time of high demand, the Volunteer Resource Center is looking for volunteers to help create 1,000-plus cloth masks as soon as possible. Be a part of a new welcome video to share with the incoming class of 2024 this summer! The following is needed from CU students to include in the welcome video:
