Artist Statement

The relationship between the being and the object is a complicated one. Through my work, I am unraveling the silent dialogue between individuals and the furniture they interact with daily – as a channel for human interaction. My fascination lies in the subtle nuances of body language as it intertwines with the utilitarian aspects of furniture. Ultimately my work serves as a reflection of the human experience –exploring connection, intimacy, and the intrinsic value of the objects that shape our lives.

There is a blindness that city folk carry. All that we have come to know is that our food comes from the grocery store. An “infinite” supply of anything we want with a single tap.
How did it get there?

And the effects of it.
