VAC Building Hours & Administration
Building Hours & Instructions
- 7:00 AM-7:00 PM 鈥� The building听is unlocked for access.
- 7:00 PM-10:00 PM 鈥擟Cure (cardswipe) access for students enrolled in classes including AAH students and centrally scheduled students with their Buffone Cards.
- 24/7 building access for faculty, staff, grad students, and area-entered undergrads is allowed with a Buff OneCard
- 24/7 building access for听undergraduate students听must be made through faculty or听area tech.
- Student employees will need to contact their supervisor for 24/7 building access.
- During certain holidays and breaks, the building may be locked and accessible only to those with听24/7 building access using a Buff OneCard.
Administration Office Hours, located on the 3rd Floor:
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM. Closed Saturday, and Sunday

- Fall and Spring semesters: Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
- Closed听on university breaks, holidays, and intersessions. May be听available by appointment during breaks and intersessions. Contact听aahvrc@colorado.edu.
Hours for Summer 2024
- Maymester (May 15 - June 2): 9:00am to 4:00pm, Mondays,听Tuesdays,听and Wednesdays
- Summer Session A (June 3 - July 5):听9:00am to 4:00pm, Mondays,听Tuesdays,听and Wednesdays
- Closed July 8 to August 16, except by appointment (contact听aahvrc@colorado.edu)
- Reopens for fall semester on August 19
Please plan ahead. Reserve equipment in advance through the online Patron Portal whenever possible.听Access to equipment听is based听on course enrollment or other affiliations.听

Wood Shop
It is best to make an appointment for using the woodshop during open hours by simply sending听an email to听William.rumley@colorado.edu describing what you wish to accomplish so we set up based on your needs.

Laser Cutter and Vinyl Cutter Access:听Located in the wood shop, these tools can be used on a first come first serve basis when the wood shop is open.

- You will receive an email informing the order is ready for pickup.听
- Payment is due at time of pickup - credit card only, card must be present, no Amex, cash, or checks.
