Course Description

This course is designed for engineering students aspiring to work in leadership and management roles. It offers a unique blend of engineering principles and management strategies, equipping participants with the skills to effectively lead teams and projects within the engineering sector.

Covering essential topics such as strategic resource management, financial oversight, and the role of an engineering manager, the course emphasizes the importance of integrating engineering practices with business operations.

Participants will also explore legal, ethical, and organizational considerations pertinent to engineering management. Effective communication and collaboration are covered throughout to ensure graduates understand the criticality of clearly articulating complex ideas as well as the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across any discipline.
