The College of Engineering and Applied Science (CEAS)Ā human resources teamĀ is responsible for all faculty personnel actions includingĀ hiring, recruitment, performance management, policy consultation, sabbaticals, andĀ compensation.

The CEASĀ Office ofĀ Faculty Advancement partners with the college's human resources team and faculty rostered within the college. Specifically, the office is responsible for faculty recruitment;Ā management of the comprehensive review, promotion, and tenure processes; faculty data management; faculty professional development and recognition programs; and faculty ecosystem development.
