In recognition of everyone’s hard work,the college is offering four hours of administrative leave to college employees on Friday, May 26,(prorated for part-time employees) to start the holiday weekend early and enjoy time with family and friends.
While CU Boulder will be open for classes and other university business on June 19, students, staff and faculty to reflect on the history and significance ofthe dayand to avoid scheduling other major eventson Juneteenth. The university will offer Juneteenth as a floating personal observance day for all leave-eligible faculty and staff.
Leave-eligible employees will need to request the eight hours of leave (prorated for part-time staff) from their supervisors for use before June 30, 2023.
Staff can enter the earnings code “Personal Observance Day” in their My Leave request.
