Join the COSINC team for a look at systems available in this shared instrumentation facilities.
Atomic force microscopy (AFM) makes use of a nanoscale probe to image and characterise material surfaces down to a sub nanometre scale. COSINC offers the use of a cutting edge AFM the Nanosurf DriveAFM. In this webinar, we will demonstrate how nanoscale imaging is achieved with the Nanosurf DriveAFM. Other characterisation techniques such as Kelvin probe force microscopy and mechanical property measurement will also be briefly introduced.
