Emission Filters

Large format, 32mm diameter filters are used.

  • Olympus: ‘violet’ 410-455nm, 'green' 495-540nm, 'red' 575-645nm) and far red 660-750nmÌýemission
  • Chroma: 'cyan' 460-500nmÌýand yellow 520-560nm

This microscope is housed in an independent, secured room with significant light mitigation and isÌýinside a custom-made dark box. This microscope is excellent for simultaneous multi-color, deep, in situ imaging of excised or live samples, including tissues and whole animals under anesthesia.
