About Faculty Lists

Faculty are listed two different ways in the catalog:

  • Alphabetically inÌý.Ìý
  • Alphabetically by department on each department's "Programs of Study" page (click the "Faculty" tab).

Faculty lists can only be edited by the catalog production team. To request an update, please follow the directions below.

To add, revise or remove a single faculty entry, submit theÌýform below:

Submit a Batch Update

To submit batch edits to a department's faculty list:

  1. Open a blank Word document.

  2. Navigate to your department's faculty list in the catalog:

    • From October through March, log in to the , navigate to your department's landing page, and click on the "Faculty" tab. If you don't have access to the site, please go to theÌýÌý¾±²Ô²õ³Ù±ð²¹»å.

    • From April through September, go to theÌý, navigate to your department's landing page, and click on the "Faculty" tab.

  3. Copy the catalog's faculty listÌýand paste it into the Word document.

  4. Turn on Word's tracked changes ("Review" tabÌý> "Track Changes" button).

  5. MakeÌýthe necessary changes to the faculty list (e.g., addÌýnew faculty, remove departed faculty, change titles) and save the file.

  6. Email your WordÌýdocument as an attachment to catalog@colorado.edu.ÌýIn the subject line, please indicate which department's faculty you're editing (e.g., "Faculty Edits: Art History").
