Licensing with EASE® stands for Express Agreement for Startup Entrepreneurs. Key advantages include: startup- and investor-friendly terms and one year risk-free for equity. Within the Licensing with EASE program for startups, licensing terms have been vetted and pre-negotiated with startup investors and law firms that represent university startups. Our independent partners have validated that the terms are investible and fair.
